Bye, Bye, Bye, . . .

After a 9 month run, I'm ending my Starbuck's commitment after my shift today! It's was a great run! I actually enjoyed a lot of the time I spent there. But, it's time to move on. The Pats need me! It's been very difficult missing the games this year, and, it's been even more difficult learning the outcome of last week's performance. I feel guilty that I haven't been there for them. I know it really doesn't mean anything in the long run, but, I do know that the Shed 26 aura has been disrupted. It's probably been disrupted for the better, but, I think, after last year's record with me at the Shed, you guys will have to endure my presence for the sake of the team. :-)

GO PATS!

WEEK OFF

BYE, BYE, BYE. THE BYE WEEK FOR THE PATRIOTS MIGHT HAVE COME AT THE BEST TIME OF THE SEASON FOR THEM. THE PATS NEED TIME TO COME UP WITH CASSEL LIKE STRATERGIES AND GET AWAY FROM ALL THE BRADY-CASSEL COMPARISONS. THE DEFENSE CAN ALSO HAVE A NICE LONG LOOK AT THE DOLPHIN GAME TAPE, THAT SHOULD AT LEAST GUILT THEM INTO PLAYING LIKE THE DEFENSE WE ALL KNOW THEY CAN BE.
WELL LETS ALL CONCENTRATE ON THE SOX FOR AWHILE.

ONE QUESTION BEFORE I GO... SOX MVP- DUSTIN OR YUKE ? THINK ABOUT IT.

WEEK 2

WEEK 2 :
CASSEL IS THE MAN. HE MANAGED THE TEAM WITH THE DEFENSE CONTROLLING THE JETS. I'M LIKING THE PLAY OF THE "D". TEAMS SHOULD START REFERRING TO #98 AS MR. THOMAS. HE HAD A GREAT SACK ON FARVE. THE WIFE IS HEADING OFF TO THE VINEYARD FOR THE WEEKEND, SO MY TWO LITTLE RUG-RATS WILL BE PRESENT. BIG JAY WILL BE ABSENT AGAIN AND WE'RE ALL HOPIN' FOR BIG STEVE TO MAKE AN APPEARANCE. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A KING SIGHTING AS WELL. WELL, SEE YA AT 1:00.

Game 1 vs KC

Larry Johnson
The key to this week is to stop Larry Johnson. Beyond him, the Chiefs don't have much, Brody Croyle is not going to beat the Patriots. The last time the Patriots played KC was in 2005 when LJ ran for 119 yards on 31 attempts.

Patriots Place - Pats Hall of Fame Ceremonies - September 20th

The Inaugural Induction Weekend at The Hall
The New England Patriots today announced plans for the inaugural Induction Weekend at The Hall at Patriot Place presented by Raytheon. A full weekend of activities will kick off Thursday, Sept. 18 and conclude Sunday, Sept. 21.
The signature event of the weekend will be a once-in-a-lifetime re-induction of 12 Patriots Hall of Famers in a ceremony that is free and open to the public on Saturday, Sept. 20 at 3:00 p.m. on the plaza outside The Hall. The Sept. 20 ceremony will also feature the induction of the 13th Patriots Hall of Famer, tight end Ben Coates, who was elected by Patriots fans in 2008.
The inaugural Induction Weekend at The Hall at Patriot Place presented by Raytheon will give fans the opportunity to see all of the living Patriots Hall of Famers together at one time in a unique ceremony celebrating the 48-year history of the New England Patriots through its greatest players.
The induction ceremony is just one of several events taking place over the course of the weekend, which also includes a kickoff ceremony on Thursday, Sept. 18 and an enshrinement gala for Patriots Hall of Famers on Friday, Sept. 19.
For the last two years, Patriots fans have had the opportunity to cast a vote for their favorite candidate for the Patriots Hall of Fame. A nomination committee meets each Spring to discuss candidates and to cast their votes for the Patriots players and head coaches they feel are most deserving of New England Patriots' Hall of Fame induction (players must have been out of the league for four years to be eligible). Those votes are tallied and three finalists are selected. Fans are then given the opportunity to vote on Patriots.com to determine the Hall of Fame inductee. In 2007, Patriots fans chose wide receiver Stanley Morgan as the Patriots 12th Hall of Famer.
